9. Apps and Subscription Services

Simply Harmony Life and The Harmony Way also offer several web apps. If you create an account with one of these, I collect the information needed to provide that specific service, as described below. None of this information is sold, and it is only shared with the third-party services (Stripe, Supabase) needed to run the apps.

ZestCrate (training nutrition tracking, subscription-based)

Collects: age, weight, fitness/nutrition goals, meal logs, and workout logs, tied to your account.

Simply Harmony Wellness Tracker (general wellness tracking, subscription-based)

Collects: daily tracking entries, symptom logs, and meal plan preferences, tied to your account.

Simply Harmony Life Patient Portal (for clients I am actively coaching)

Collects: your personalized care plan, progress notes, protocol/supplement tracking, secure messages between us, and any documents or lab results you choose to upload. Because this may include health documents, this information is treated with extra confidentiality and is only visible to you and me.

Simply Harmony Health Assessment (a short quiz to help direct you to the right service)

Collects: your quiz answers, used only to recommend a service. This tool does not require an account.

The Harmony Way Recipes (subscription recipe app)

Collects: your account details and any dietary or recipe preferences you save, tied to your account.

Payment processing. All paid products across Simply Harmony Life and The Harmony Way — app subscriptions (ZestCrate, Wellness Tracker, The Harmony Way Recipes), digital products, courses, and shop orders — are billed securely through the same Stripe account. I do not see or store your full card details — Stripe handles that directly.

Data storage. App data is stored securely using Supabase, a third-party database provider, and processed on my behalf under the same terms as other third-party services described in this policy.

Your rights. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data from any of these apps at any time by contacting me through [this contact form] or by emailing lizharmony77@gmail.com.

10. The Harmony Way — Digital Products and Shop

The Harmony Way, a brand under Simply Harmony Life, sells digital products and physical merchandise separately from the apps listed above, and runs its own newsletter.

This is separate from Simply Harmony Life's newsletter, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Digital products (ebooks such as Little Vegan Chefs, Vegan Smoothies & More, and The Harmony Cleanse, and courses such as Herbs for Everyday Wellness)

Collects: your name and email address, used to deliver your purchase and any related updates. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

The Harmony Way Shop (print-on-demand apparel and home goods)

Collects: your name, shipping address, and order details. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, and your order details are shared with Printify, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, solely to produce and ship your order.
